Order Issues and Refunds

WhiskList is a platform that connects cooks with customers. We do not prepare, sell, or deliver food. If something goes wrong with an order—for example, you never received it, it wasn’t as described, or you have a quality concern—please contact the cook first. They are responsible for their products and fulfillment.

If you are unable to resolve the issue directly with the cook, you can reach out to us at support@whisklist.club. We will do our best to assist, but we do not guarantee refunds or specific outcomes. Refunds and disputes are primarily between you and the cook.

How do I get invited to a kitchen?
Cooks share invite links with their customers. If you know a cook using WhiskList, ask them to send you their invite link.
How do I start selling?
Sign up for a cook account at /register. You’ll set up your kitchen, add products, and create cook dates. Then share your invite link with customers.
What if I have an allergy or dietary restriction?
Check product descriptions and dietary tags. If something isn’t clear, contact the cook directly before ordering. Cooks are responsible for accurate allergen and ingredient information.
How does payment work?
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment information. Each cook receives payments directly through their own Stripe Connect account.
